Setting a new standard in youth strength & conditioning.
MISSION
The mission of The Weight Room is to set a new standard for strength and conditioning by brining youth athletes all of the quality you find in a professional weight room.
Our top level coaching stems from an educational model. The goal in every session is to continually learn and push toward making improvements one step at a time.
Our strength coaches have years of experience in athlete training ranging from youth to elite athletes. The Weight Room alumni come from all backgrounds including Olympic medalists, NCAA champions, high school recruits, and youth athletic development.


ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Our middle school program aimed at introducing athletes to off field training.
The primary goal while training youth athletes is to develop movement literacy. This is an athlete's ability to take a movement pattern and apply it to a situation. This includes things like taking footwork skills from baseball and bringing them to defending in soccer.
We break down patterns, educate form, and help improve technique in a fun, safe environment. Our goal for all youth athletes is to develop life long love for being active.
This program goes through a year long progression, allowing us to meet athletes where they currently are in order to develop technically sound movements.
